Born and raised in Flanders, Mats moved to London in the summer of 2016,

his mind set on a career in international sports media.

Over the years he has slalomed from journalism through broadcast into creative. Along the way picking up skills from those different sectors. From an NCTJ Video Award,

a Masters in Sports Journalism, to tons of editing and shooting experience. 

​

Specialising in cycling, NFL, fight sports and football,  he developed a weak spot for the (melo)dramatic. Always keeping a keen eye out for human interest, he currently does a lot of work as a creative editor for Belgian TV and a travel and outdoor adventure filmmaker.

 

Focusing on creating content for small businesses, Mats has the skills to

tell your story in the format it feels most natural in. 

 

With his international background, language skills and enthusiasm to work on

exciting content, he is well equipped to tackle any kind of project.
